Simu takes the security of client and project data seriously across every intake, project, and billing system we deploy.
Our Approach
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Access control: Role-based permissions ensure a client only sees their own project and portal data.
- Payment security: Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers; we never store raw card numbers on our own servers.
- Audit logging: Access to client and billing records is logged and available for review.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our systems or in a platform we've deployed for a client, please email security@simuno.us. We respond to all reports within 48 hours.
